The best way to ensure that you receive recognition in The Drinks Business Awards is through a clear and concise awards pitch that outlines your key recent, measurable achievements.
To improve your chances of gaining an award, it is necessary to tailor your pitch to the specific category.
▪ What have you achieved in the last year?
▪ What makes you or your company stand out from others employing similar initiatives?
▪ What results or figures do you have to demonstrate the effectiveness of these initiatives?
▪ How do you plan to develop these initiatives or other aspects of your business in future?
▪ Choose the categories that you would like to enter
▪ Pay the entry fee
▪ Submit a pitch of up to 500 words
▪ Upload any support material - e.g. images, links to video, Word / PPT files or PDFs (optional)
The closing date for entries is midnight (BST) on 18 April 2025.
Once a body of work has been submitted into an award category it will not be considered for subsequent years (with the exception of new work commenced on existing projects/products). It may, however, be considered for a different category.
We do not have a specific list of questions for each category, as we want to give candidates the opportunity to focus on the areas that are of most importance to them. We do ask candidates to quantify claims, where appropriate.
▪ Best Launch – For a new product (SKU, brand, service) that has entered the market within the last 18 months or a product that has been re-launched within the last 18 months
▪ Young Achiever of the Year – Candidate should be 35 years of age or younger on 18 April 2025
▪ We cannot guarantee the return of any materials supplied for judging.
▪ The judges’ decision is final.
▪ All material submitted is treated in the strictest confidence.
▪ Photocopied entry forms will be accepted.
▪ Judges are not permitted to judge entries from their own or associated businesses
